This Order was awarded as a single class. It was conferred upon Governor's Commissioned Officers of the Burma Military Forces, Frontier Force and Burma Military Police for long, faithful and honourable service. It was also awarded for gallantry or meritorious service beginning September 11, 1945. It became obsolete in 1947.
