Issued in commemoration of the accession of the State of Bahawalpur to Pakistan on October 7, 1947.

The obverse and reverse feature inscriptions in Urdu. The obverse is translated as "By the Grace of God Sadiq Mohammed Abbasi Fifth. Ruler of God Gifted Kingdom of Bahawalpur." The reverse is translated as "Bahawalpur-Pakistan Union 1947."
