Awarded in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the reign of Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V.

The obverse and reverse feature an inscription in Urdu. The obverse inscription is translated as "By the Grace of God Sadiq Mohammed Abbasi Fifth. Ruler of God Gifted Kingdom of Bahawalpur." The reverse inscription is translated as "Celebration of 25 years reign AH1325-1350."
