A white enamel Maltese cross with ball finials on the points, with a green enamel laurel wreath in the quadrants between the arms, the obverse center is of red enamel with the cipher C.V., the arms are inscribed with ARAGON VALENCIA MURCIA CATALUNA, the reverse center bears the inscription A LA FIDELIDAD ANO 1839, with a fleur de lis style suspension, on a navy and red striped ribbon.
The medal was conferred upon the Armies of Aragon, Valencia, Murcia, and Catalonia that rejected the Vergara agreement.
