RZM Tagged - Oberjungzugführer; 1938 pattern, revised sleeve rank insignia, measuring 59mm in blue wool base with a machine embroidered rank chevron and two pips in silvery/grey threads. The reverse of the insignia has a protective black oilcloth backing and white paper RZM/HJ tag with red printed script.
On September 30, 1938, the arm discs showing a Siegrune were discontinued. Instead, a rank indication system based on chevrons was introduced. They were identical to the chevrons that were used in the Naval HJ (Marine-HJ).
The chevrons are round, dark blue badges with silver-grey rank indicators, and were worn on the upper right sleeve.
Oberjungzugführer wore two stars and one chevron. So did an Oberscharführer in the Naval HJ.
