The Shanghai Volunteer Fire Brigade Long Service Medal was issued in 1904 and awarded to members of the Shanghai Volunteer Fire Brigade. The Medal was issued in Gold and Silver. Gold Medals were awarded in recognition of 12 years of service while Silver Medals were awarded in recognition of 5 years of service.
A silver clasp was awarded to recipients of the Silver Medal to denote a total of 8 years of service.
Bronze Medals are known to be in existence, but these are believed to have been specimens only and are not featured here.
