History

This dagger was worn by leaders on the staff of NPEAs.

The dagger is very similar to the NPEA Student Dagger, in that it is of the same design as the standard political daggers, for example the SA dagger. The only difference is that this dagger features an eagle emblem on the obverse of the grip.
The suspension device is a brown leather hanger, a so-called frog.

Etched into the obverse blade is the NPEA motto: “Mehr sein als scheinen” (Be more than you appear to be).

The dagger was owned by the school and had to be returned upon reassignment.
