History

The sports trousers of the Hitler Youth were introduced in a regulation from October 7, 1933. They were worn by both male and female members of the HJ while they were participating in exercising and sports events.

The short trousers were of the boxer type and made of black satin or silk. They featured an elastic waistband and, on the right side, an open pocket.
