The Reconciliation and Agreement Medal, 1987 (Midalat al-Qamat al-Waqaf wa al-Itafaq 1987) was established by King Hussein on November 8, 1987. The Medal was created to reward service which led to the agreement of reconciliation and recognition between Israel and Jordon in 1987. The award may also be referred to as the Medal for Reconciliation and Concord 1408.
