In the middle of the award is on a blue enamel background a crescent with a five-pointed star. The center of the star is filled with red enamel. Above the crescent and star is an Arabic/Uzbek inscription. At the bottom is the date "1922" inscribed. On the reverse is a pin.

Th ...  e II Class of the Order is a five-pointed star of silver. The center of the star is filled with blue enamel. The inscription and the size of the star are identical to the I Class.

The III Class is drop-shaped medal. At the upper part of the Order is a red star filled with red enamel. Inside and around the star are inscriptions in Arabic/Uzbek language. Underneath the star is on green enamel also inscriptions in Arabic/Uzbek as well as on the lower part of the decoration in circular shape.
